Your Google data
When you connect Google, Ops by Erebora uses the information you allow to help with your work.
What Ops can access
- Your account: your email address and account identity, to identify the Google account you connect.
- Gmail: messages, attachments and drafts, to find information, answer questions and prepare email. Sending an email requires your approval.
- Google Drive: file names, contents and related details, including full meeting transcripts. Ops can find and read files, and work with files you create or select for Ops.
- Calendar and Meet: calendars, events and available meeting details or transcripts, to answer questions and help you follow up.
How your information is used
Ops uses relevant information to answer your requests, show sources, summarize conversations and documents, organize work and carry out approved actions. Google Gemini and OpenAI process information needed for AI answers and voice features, which can include Google content and answers based on it. Their applicable terms and privacy policies are linked in the notice above.
Security and stored information
Your Google connection uses HTTPS, and stored Google sign-in tokens are encrypted. Access to your workspace depends on its members and permissions. Ops saves workspace history and related records so you can return to your work and review its sources.
Disconnect or request deletion
To disconnect, open Settings → Connections → Google Workspace in Ops. You can also remove access from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not delete information already stored in Ops.
To request deletion of Google data stored by Ops, or ask a privacy question, email admin@ops.erebora.org. Include your account email and business name. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
